Lasagne with Sweet Potato and Walnuts- Vegetarian Low Carb


Sweet potato, walnuts, spinach and feta layered with low carb pasta, topped with an Italian tomato sauce and finally with cheese, popped into the oven and baked until golden. Add a tomato salad for some crunch
