Pork Schnitzels with Napolitana Sauce – Family


Four pork fillet portions coated in breadcrumbs and fried until golden. Served in an Italian style tomato and onion sauce.

Serving suggestions:  Boiled baby potatoes, rice, pasta, mashed potatoes, chips, frozen peas, a salad or creamed spinach.  Just about anything you have!

Ingredients:  Pork fillet, egg, milk, breadcrumbs, flour,  sunflower oil, vegetables, herbs and spices
