In 2003 a friend asked me to make her some wholesome meals. She worked in the centre of town which added two hours of travelling to her already long day. When she got home she was exhausted and the last thing she wanted to do was cook, which meant she often picked up a take-away or a supermarket meal. Within a month I was making meals for her friends and co-workers, and Heat ‘n Eat was born.

Now we are cooking for many people who, just like you, want to eat a wholesome meal after a long day.  We take care of the shopping, cooking and cleaning –  you only have to wash one dish. 

Our extensive menu caters for most tastes and, with menus changing weekly, there is no reason to become bored. You order on-line and we deliver to your home or office anywhere in Gauteng. You can order and collect in store from our shop in Centurion and Glen Marais. 

You can choose from meals for one, meals for families and we now have a deli page with sauces, spreads and baked goods.  In addition we have a pensioners menu which has smaller meals.  If you are interested for yourself, your parents, friends or anyone else who you feel would benefit from a good meal, please contact us and we will forward the menu.
